INPOLIT Announces the Results of the National Children’s Drawing Competition: "Green Recovery of Ukraine"

Thanks to the combined efforts of numerous partners, including international organizations such as the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and OSCE Projects in Ukraine, as well as representatives from the State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine, the Parliamentary Committee on Environmental Policy and Natural Resources of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Association of Children’s Library Workers, the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, and the National Library of Ukraine for Children, we successfully held the National Children’s Drawing Competition under the theme "Green Recovery of Ukraine: Children’s Perspective."

This competition was part of the European Union's “Green Recovery for Ukraine” program and aimed at creating a historical album featuring the winning drawings.

The award ceremony for the winners and runners-up took place on October 29, 2024, at the National Library of Ukraine for Children. A total of 43 prizes were awarded to the winners, including art supplies, drawing albums, laptop bags, flash drives, water bottles, caps, and other valuable gifts.

We sincerely thank UNEP, OSCE, OSCE Projects in Ukraine, the Committee on Environmental Policy and Natural Resources of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and the National Library of Ukraine for Children for supporting children’s initiatives and valuing their perspectives on Ukraine’s restoration in accordance with the "green principles."
